Linda Faiss joined with former State Sen. Helen Foley and Melissa Warren to form Faiss Foley Warren Public Relations & Government Affairs. With a client list that includes Pardee Homes, Summerlin, The Howard Hughes Corp., Fashion Show, Cox Communications and the Southern Nevada Water Authority, the agency is located in the historic heart of downtown Las Vegas.
Linda previously served as the City of Las Vegas’ public information officer and was the former city editor of The Valley Times. A journalism major and former Sagebrush editor at the University of Nevada Reno, she was an award-winning reporter for the Reno Evening Gazette and Nevada State Journal, and community affairs director for KHJ Radio in Los Angeles, CA.
Active in the community, Linda is on the Board of Trustees for the Boulder City Hospital, has served as president of the National Board of Trustees for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, and has been a member of the Nevada Humanities Committee, University of Nevada Reno Foundation and Nevada Public Radio Board of Directors. She also was a director of Aztar Corporation, a publicly traded national gaming and entertainment company that was recently sold to a private company.
Linda was named “One of the Most Influential Women in Southern Nevada” in 2001 by In Business Las Vegas.
