As managing partner of Faiss Foley Warren Public Relations, Warren oversees the firm’s growing staff of 15 and management of its daily operations, in addition to making significant contributions as the firm’s top producer.
A seasoned public relations/marketing professional with more than 30 years’ experience, Warren began her career in Salt Lake City, Utah, after graduating with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and advertising. For eight years, she served as assistant vice president of marketing for American Savings & Loan, a $1.5 billion financial institution operating in three states.
Upon moving to Las Vegas in 1990, Warren joined DRGM Advertising and Public Relations. Now, as partner of Faiss Foley Warren, one of the state’s largest independent public relations and government affairs firms founded in 1998, Warren has helped the firm develop particular expertise in real estate development, luxury retail and corporate communications. FFW’s long-term, blue-chip clients, many of them leaders within their respective industries, underscore the firm’s reputation for excellence and results-oriented public relations.
For more than two decades, Warren has actively overseen public relations efforts for The Howard Hughes Corporation and the largest project in its impressive portfolio – the master-planned community of Summerlin. Many of the programs, events and traditions that exist in Summerlin today are a direct result of her creativity and vision.
Under Warren’s direction and leadership, FFW has become the go-to public relations firm in downtown Las Vegas, beginning in 2005 with the firm’s work on Symphony Park, the 61-acre mixed-use project that is home to The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Today, Warren oversees strategy development on public relations initiatives for the city of Las Vegas downtown marketing initiative and many other downtown entities, including Downtown Grand Las Vegas and Downtown Las Vegas Alliance, a nonprofit consortium of more than 50 downtown businesses and stakeholders committed to promoting the area as a great place to do business.
Warren is an active contributor to the firm’s work on its large retail client portfolio headlined by General Growth Properties’ (GGP) portfolio in Las Vegas, which includes nearly 4 million square feet of retail space encompassed within Fashion Show, The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian/The Palazzo and Meadows Mall.
