Celebrate Thanksgiving the most Vegas way possible
There’s something magical about sharing a Thanksgiving meal with your family and friends.
Maybe it’s the food? Menu items such as Turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes have been staples of Thanksgiving dinner for generations. You can’t help but feel nostalgic when the plates hit the table and the family dives into a feast that took weeks of prep work.
Or maybe it’s the people? We joke about awkward conversations, but some of our fondest memories come from the laughs we shared over the dinner table. Food always seems to taste better when your friends and family are close by.
In any case, there’s no denying that Thanksgiving can be enchanting. So why not treat yourself and the people you hold close with a special meal from Oscar’s Steakhouse at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas? Spend less time cooking, and more time making memories with your family and friends.
Start off your night with Butternut Squash Soup ($14), featuring Nantucket Bay scallop and burgundy truffle. Then it’s onto the Traditional Thanksgiving Entrée ($49), which includes an oven roasted turkey breast, confit leg and thigh, and the chef’s selection of traditional accoutrement. For dessert, try their Pumpkin Cheesecake ($9), made with vanilla Chantilly and toasted pepitas.
Of course, a Thanksgiving dinner at Oscar’s isn’t complete without one of their signature cocktails. To get you into the holiday spirit, try their Cranberry Mule ($12), made with spiced rum, ginger beer, and cranberry juice. Or if you like a bit of Old Vegas with your holiday libations, check out their Cranberry Manhattan ($13), made with rye, sweet vermouth, cranberry juice, orange and angostura bitters.
