July 28th event to feature “Steamboy”

WHAT: Fifth Street Gaming, operator of Downtown3rd and developer of Downtown Grand, will host its monthly “Mugs N’ Movies” on Saturday, July 28, 2012.  Full-length feature movies are shown on a full-size, theater-style screen on Third Street in front of Triple George Grill and MOB BAR.  Parking is at the Ogden Garage off Ogden between 3rd and 4th streets. The event is free and open to the public and includes drink specials, raffle prizes and popcorn.  Guests are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets or whatever they wish to sit on. Movies are selected by various community organizations and businesses in the area. This month’s presentation was selected by the local Steampunk group. The feature is called Steamboy, a tale set in 1860s Britain about a boy inventor who finds himself caught in the middle of a deadly conflict over a revolutionary advance in steam power.
