GRAND OPENING TODAY AT PARDEE HOMES’ HORIZON TERRACE
Pardee Homes is set to introduce at least four new neighborhoods this year and the first to open is Horizon Terrace, located in Henderson just south of the 215 Beltway at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road.
Grand opening festivities are planned today (Saturday, March 8) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and include an assortment of gourmet popcorn from Popcorn Girl plus fresh-baked cookies and children’s entertainment.
“Horizon Terrace is a brand new collection of large two-story homes on large lots in a location that takes living to a higher level,” said Pardee Homes Regional Sales Manager Rob Tuvell.
The neighborhood’s four floor plans range in size from approximately 3,122 to approximately 3,652 square feet. Prices currently start from approximately $383,950.
According to Tuvell, the homes celebrate southern Nevada-style outdoor living with the options of covered patios and outdoor rooms, in addition to master suite decks that take advantage of the neighborhood’s vantage point on the southern rim of the valley.
Horizon Terrace also offers Pardee’s new GenSmart Suite option for multi-generational living in private, separate areas under one roof.
Horizon Terrace Plan One measures approximately 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, loft and two-bay extended garage while the Plan One X features Pardee’s GenSmart Suite.
Plan Two at Horizon Terrace measures approximately 3,307 square feet with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, great room, loft, game room and two-bay extended garage plus storage bay.
Horizon Terrace Plan Three measures approximately 3,652 square feet with five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, loft, great room, game room and two-bay extended garage plus storage bay. The Three X elevation features Pardee’s GenSmart Suite.
