Removal of Lady Luck sign signals commencement of property transformation

WHAT:
Fifth Street Gaming CEO, Seth Schorr, who is overseeing the redevelopment and operations of the historic downtown Lady Luck property for property owner, CIM, announces that the property has been renamed Downtown Grand. The removal of the historic Lady Luck (neon) sign marks the commencement of the property’s transformation and redevelopment.  Media is invited to observe the final steps in the sign’s removal.  Schorr will be on hand for media interviews about the property’s new name.
