Stone Crab To Go From Piero’s Italian Cuisine Is Perfect Holiday Gift

WHAT: Fresh Florida stone crab, a seasonal favorite for more than three decades at Piero’s Italian Cuisine in Las Vegas, is now available anytime, anywhere. With each order, Chef Gilbert Fetaz and team will pack up as many claws as desired with all the fixings for pickup or delivery same day nationwide.

Stone crab claws are packed and preserved with Piero’s beloved mustard sauce, lemon, a mallet and cracking instructions. Customers may order three to as many as 300 stone crab claws, depending on availability during stone crab season, which falls during prime fishing season early fall to April or May. Piero’s was one of the first restaurants in Las Vegas to start serving stone crab when it opened 32 years ago.

“Stone crab is a fan favorite at Piero’s, and I love to hear how excited our guests are when they hear that it’s back in season,” says Operating Partner Evan Glusman. “We’re delighted to pack it up and ship it out with our famous mustard sauce knowing how well it will be received upon arrival. Stone Crab is the ideal gift for the holidays or any special occasion..”

A traditional dinner order priced at $90 contains 1.5 lbs. of stone crab, which equals five to six large claws. À la carte orders are priced at $15 per claw. There is a $15 ‘to go’ fee, which covers the packaging and supplies. Orders are available for pickup and a $25 charge will be applied for local deliveries. Out of state deliveries will incur standard overnight fees.
